Athabaskan refers to a type of grouping. They are part of the Woodland Indians and had desendants called the Na-Dene. Chipewyan and Navajos are also part of the Athabaskan group. It comes from a body of water called, "Lake Athabaska.The Athabascan, or Na-Dene, languages are spoken from northwestern Canada and Alaska south to the Rio Grande. | ||
