CHARLOTTE BRONTE
Charlotte Bronte Charlotte Bronte was born in 1816 at Thornton, Yorkshire, the third daughter of the Rev. Patrick Bronte and his wife Maria, and died in 1855 of pneumonia during a pregnancy at Haworth, Yorkshire. Charlotte Bronte is probably best known for her novel, Jane Eyre, and also for being one of the famous Bronte sisters.
